Longspan Shelving - Specifications
- Good quality, low cost medium duty shelving system
- Bolt less design for fast, easy assembly
- Z formed beams with shelf to accommodate 16mm MDF shelves
- Each bay is stand alone with angle post uprights
- Shelf is supported on all sides to prevent sagging
- Steel components are powder coated light grey
- Each shelf is rated for 400kgs uniformly distributed load
- Maximum load per bay is rated to 2,000kgs for equally spaced shelves
- Beams click into uprights for easy height adjustment
- Uprights can be cut down to suit height required
- Shelf widths are 900, 1200, 1500, 1800
- Shelf depths are 450, 600, 900, 1200
- Plastic feet and top caps are provided for each upright
- Actual width is +20mm - (1800 needs 1820 of space)
- Not designed for climbing on or resting ladders against
- AS-2143-1978 Shelving code advise maximum height to depth ratio is 6:1
